The Systems Analyst is responsible for assisting with the design, development, testing and implementation of PeopleSoft HR and all other peripherial HR systems. The position interfaces with various departments to assist in identifying gaps, developing procedures, documenting processes and coordinating appropriate resolutions. The role also works closely with the HR, Technology and other cross-function departments. The Systems Analyst provides production support to internal customers in the field and corporate office.

· Assist with implementations for all HR systems, working closely with HR Analysts and departments to identify and document functional requirements

· Assist in project life cycle activities for all HR system implementations

· Provide system support for all HR systems

· Contribute to recommendations for changes in system applications and business processes and assist with recommendations for process improvement where appropriate as well as documentation of those processes

· Develop reports for one time analysis and on-going use across functional systems

· Work closely with technical team to ensure the system solution meets the documented requirements

· Develop and execute UAT test plans to ensure the system design meets end-user requirements

· Develop training materials and to train others on all HR systems

· Update, audit and analyze HR System with team member data elements, correction for job related data, and based on automated warning messages to ensure data accuracy and integrity; work with impacted departments affected by data changes

· Maintain communication with managers from all levels

· All other duties as needed or required


· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

· 3+ years related direct experience with an HR ERP System, PeopleSoft HR strongly preferred with version 8 or higher

· Experience and familiarity with HR processes and HR business practices

· Experience working within a large corporation

· Experience in system implementations preferred

· Proven analytical skills and problem solving abilities

· Demonstrated ability to work with various levels of the organization

· Experience in a retail environment preferred

· For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful passing of background check

· Ability to travel as required in order to meet with customers, vendors, other team members, and/or other business necessities
