Youll learn and develop skills to help you build a career that will take you straight to the top.We are looking for someone who has knowledge in sharepoint and Responsible for the identification of system requirements, documentation, testing and presentation of technology initiatives; participate in determining/defining project requirements; develop thorough design and end user documentation; draw up specific proposals for modified or replacement programs; partner with other technical staff to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education * Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or engineering, MIS, or related field or a Programming Certificate from a recognized institution is required * Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements Experience Based on business segment or department assignment the following are required: *Minimum 2 years increasingly responsible system experience to include maintenance, problem identification and resolution, and testing on a multi-platform environment * Minimum 3 years increasingly responsible programming experience using a standard coding language and/or platform required Based on business segment or department assignment the following are preferred: * Minimum 1 year experience writing detailed unit and system test plans for small to medium sized projects preferred * Minimum 1 year project coordination or experience with documentation of complex systems on a multi-platform environment preferred *Certifications from vendor/supplier programs (e.g., Cisco, Genesys, Microsoft, etc.) preferred Technical Knowledge Based on business segment or department assignment the following are required: * Minimum 1 year experience working in a multi-platform environment, including direct experience with one or more of the following operating systems required: Windows, Solaris, UNIX/Linux * Minimum 2 years experience with at least one of the following programming languages required: Java/J2EE, Javascript, VXML, XML, HTTP, Visual Basic, .NET Based on business segment or department assignment the following are preferred: * Minimum 2 years experience with communications protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, SIP, HTTP, SFTP, Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), SNAX) preferred * Minimum 2 years experience with database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Informix, Postgres) preferred * Minimum 6 months experience with Computer to Telephony interfaces, voice platforms (e.g., Holly Connects, Voice Genie, Genesys), Automatic Speech Recognition, Text to Speech preferred * Minimum 1 year experience with internet and telephony infrastructure components preferred Other * Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint requiredInterCall offers a variety of benefits to our employees including competitive compensation, comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, tuition assistance, paid holidays, and paid time off.
