Systems Engineer, Jr.

Human Machine Interface (HMI) – Computer Displays and Screen

Job Duties: Support the design and development of computer displays/screens, and tools to automate development and generate reusable Java beans for future displays for the Ship Self Defense System (SSDS). Tasks include requirements definition, modeling, design, documentation, test, and demonstration. This may be divided on multiple sub projects to support Display needs for different platforms and Internal Research and Development projects.

GUI development skills and tools
Object Oriented design and development
Modeling skills
Developing technical papers
Desired Skills:
Previous experience with performing Trade Studies
Use case development, Rhapsody. UML, and matlab/modeling tools
Automation and animation techniques
Information Assurance, Cyber Security
Human Factors analysis
Educational Requirements:
Must be a minimum college junior level in either Computer Science, Computer Engineering Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Visual Arts majors.
U.S citizenship required for purposes of obtaining security clearance.
