Job Title: Systems Engineer
Position Description: Support creation and maintenance of policies, processes, procedures, charters, and automated tools. Provide IT Requirement Management expertise and support in planning, documenting, implementing, executing, and monitoring IT Front Door processes and procedures. Provide support in gathering functional, technical, and interface requirements and ensure all requirement changes are included in final documentation. Support Enterprise Technology organization working with various working groups and boards in relation to IT Front Door requirement management actions and reporting requirements. Provide support in maintaining control and visibility of customer functional and technical requirements for the program. Must have the skill sets necessary to support the establishment and monitoring of the Requirement Analysis and Management, Portfolio Management, Performance Management, Metrics Development, Stakeholder Management, Technical Data Planning and Management, Technical Assessment, Decision Analysis, and IT capability and enhancement automated tools. Must possess an expert level of understanding relative to the particular requirements of the IT functional and technical quality, requirement capabilities, processes and procedures. Extensive information technology and logistics support experience to include material management is required.
- A Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent/recognized Project Management certification) is highly desired.
- Must have experience in working with: DOD Lifecycle management, DOD 5000.1, 5000.2, DODI 5000.02, and Guidebook and Business Capability Lifecycle
- DOD Investment Review Board processes
- Enterprise Transition Plan (ETP) process
- Familiarity with DOD IT systems/initiatives and the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
- Three (3) years relevant experience in the deployment of IT systems and capabilities
The ability to interact with co-workers and clients face to face and in meeting settings is required.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required.
Clearance Requirements: Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check. An active DoD Secret clearance required.
