We are looking for an energetic person with at least 3 years experience in a 2nd Line support role. The candidate must have experience of working in a high pressure environment and exposure to working on implementation projects. Experience of managing 3rd party vendors would also be very desirable. The role will involve supporting users and servers on both the local site and as part of our technical support services team you will remotely support all other syncreon sites globally.
