JOB SUMMARY Responsible for proactive and reactive network monitoring in the TAC. Responsible for the timely and efficient resolution of network problems/faults and escalate as necessary. Perform basic network operations functions such as monitoring information on all sites and back haul, identify deterioration of components in the system, and dispatch/ assist field personnel with repairs.
