Northeast Parent & Child Society’s Supervised Independent Living Services program is looking for an innovative and energetic Team Leader in Schenectady, NY to provide a community network of transitional support pathways to support youth aging out of the foster care system. Provide administrative, operational and fiscal supports integrating progressive child welfare practices in the milieu of clients housed. Coordinate, organize and facilitate the efficient and effective overall operation of program.

Skills/Qualifications: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in related human services field preferred. Three years of relevant supervisory experience as well as transition, independent living, and self-sufficiency service working with multi-problem disconnected youth in out of home placement. Must have a valid NYS Driver’s license, a good driving history and at least the minimum NYS vehicle insurance and able to drive clients as necessary.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, with some weekends.
