Come join our outstanding Customer Support team at Ultimate Software! We are seeking a candidate for a Level I Technical Support Representative to provide exemplary product and technical support to our larger, high complex company base on our UltiPro HRMS/Payroll product suite.

As a Technical Support Representative, you are part of a team of professionals that play a key role in supporting our comprehensive Workforce Management solutions, providing in-depth analysis and timely resolutions/workarounds for client-escalated issues.

This position requires strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills. The qualified candidate possesses broad experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations in a professional, timely, and thorough manner. Qualified candidates are self-starters and highly-motivated to provide excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for entering and maintaining customer call problem/description detail into Customer Relationship Management System

Provide in-depth technical support via phone, email or remote session for our UltiPro HRMS/Payroll product suite and supported platforms

Acquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of product offerings, current support policies, and methods of support delivery

Requirements

Experience in all current versions of Microsoft business class operating systems and Microsoft SQL Server

Experience supporting customers and/or end users within a hosted, Software as a Service offering

Working knowledge of internet/intranet and network technologies preferred

Working knowledge of client/server applications preferred

HRMS/Payroll product suite knowledge

Highly motivated

Strong team player

Ability to multi-task

Comfortable managing multiple, high-priority issues

Strong decision-making ability

Strong oral and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Education/Certification/License:
MCSE/MCDBA Preferred

Bachelors Degree in MIS, CIS, or equivalent work experience
