We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team! This position will be working out of both our Brooklyn and Manhattan offices.

Handle emergency after-hours support requests (on-site) for 2 facilities in Brooklyn. •
Cross-train and direct on-site trainees. •
Monitor and manage support desk/operations. •
Level 1/2 help desk support. •
Coordinate specific IT projects; copier replacements, video conferencing roll-out, etc. •
Provide professional, thorough, and timely user support including resolving desktop, laptop, printers, and other hardware issues, as well as issues with proprietary software applications. •
May be the escalation point for moderately complex technical problems. •
Other duties as assigned.

1-2 years of limited project management required. •
Windows 7, Google Apps, Google Chrome, Android, and Microsoft Office experience required. •
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with all levels of management. •
Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team. •
High level of organizational skills and the ability to follow-through and resolve issues. •
Ability to consistency and accurately follow verbal or documented instructions. •

Flexibility to work longer hours as required and to be on call.
