The TEECH (Teamwork for Enhancing Early Childhood) Project Director will be responsible for overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the planning and pilot test implementation processes to ensure the achievement of project goals and objectives for the TEECH grant from the Administration for Children and Families. This is position is funded by a two year grant from the federal government.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The following are the major tasks and responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of the project.
Define project tasks and resource requirements.
Supervise any project staff, manage project budget.
Plan and schedule project timelines.
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
Monitor and report on progress.
Work with evaluation teams.
Excellent written and communication skills, ability to collaborate and interact with stakeholders, ability to self motivate, ability to stay on task.
