The Home Care Physical Therapist provides Physical Therapy services to patients across the life span who are capable of receiving therapy services in their home. The Physical Therapist must have a current Physical Therapy license. Upon verification of competency, the Physical Therapist may provide Therapy services to the infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. The Physical Therapist may also supervise the care delivered by the
Physical Therapy Assistant.
A BS degree in Physical Therapy, two (2) years of Physical Therapy experience in acute care, skilled nursing, Home Care, or rehabilitation settings is required.
Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist or eligible for License in Delaware. CPR and valid Driver’s License is required.
