Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a Trade Partner Support Lead opening to lead our Trade Partner Support function.
Day to Day (what a typical day or week looks like in this role)
The Trade Partner Support Lead provides leadership and direction to team members and is seen as one who has in-depth customer service skills and systems knowledge. This individual is responsible for, but not limited to, maintaining schedule adherence records, order integrity audits, quality coaching along with knowledge management, process improvement efforts as well as root cause analysis; to ensure trade customers receive unparalleled experience.
What You Will Do
Manage non-routine calls that require deviation from standard procedures.
Ensure team goals are met and our Trade Partners expectations are exceeded.
Share best practices and success with other team members.
Analyze and interpret problems and devise solutions.
Assist with administering department policies and procedures.
Demonstrate your leadership skills in various meetings and projects.
What You Need To Succeed
This individual should be a person of process and detail orientation, possess the ability to multi-task and balance responsibilities with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
Demonstrate a strong customer focus, strong verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Proven negotiation, problem solving, and leadership skills.
People management and leadership through influence.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Computer knowledge with proficiencies in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access), and SAP are required to be successful in this role.
1 year of experience within the Trade Partner Support Organization is preferred.
A bachelor's degree is highly desired, but not required.
Must be able to work a schedule of 24-30 hours per week in line with the hours of operation 8AM - 10PM including Saturdays and Holidays. Schedule will vary.
