The Traffic Coordinator serves as the central point-of-contact for production for national clients, National Sales Representatives and National Sales Coordinators. This person will acts as the liaison between national sales department, clients and plants to ensure the timely delivery of creative materials for ad campaigns. The traffic coordinator also works closely with the National Collections Team to ensure timely POP materials are submitted.
•accurately traffic ad campaigns through a manual system (tracking production materials and notification of status)
•troubleshoot complex creative issues and provide solutions, and answers to plants and advertisers
•coordinate, maintain and track inventory for upcoming ad campaigns
•monitor delivery of posting instructions, creative samples to participating plants.
•monitor inventory, anticipate and alert for problems and communicate with National Reps, National Coordinators, National Clients and participating plants.
•participate in weekly meetings to provide updates and reports to National Sales Staff
•will be expected to learn and understand the current contract process and online POP system.
•will be expected to help develop automated program once manual process is developed.
•Solid computer/technical skills including excel & Adobe

•Previous customer service experience
•Management experience preferred
BS degree or 1-5 years’ work experience
•Work within an office environment, sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, stooping, walking, stretching, and occasional lifting and carrying.
