Training Specialist
General Summary:
The Trainer serves FHMG by developing effective training plans and implementing those plans for assigned projects. Communicates effectively to Director any potential risk or delays as it pertains to training and the overall learning plan/strategy. Offers accurate and timely information of overall learning plan/strategy and ensures it execution. Works directly with dedicated project resources, training support staff and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define and prioritize training plan goals; providing guidance and work direction to team mates to ensure timely delivery of training plan tasks. Competent to manage work and processes within span of control. Regularly operates under deadlines and may be subject to extreme workloads.
Required Education/Experience:
High school graduate required
Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills
