TRICARE - CRC II in Tulsa!
Job Summary: Handles customer service inquiries via the telephone and resolves problems. Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Maintains quality service by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Functional Responsibilities: Handles non-routine customer service inquiries and enters information into the company database for multiple products and/or services. Handles situations which may require adaptation of response and advanced problem solving techniques; may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Notifies management of recurring problems. Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Provides assistance and training on multiple products/services to junior representatives.
NOTE: Successful candidate will be subjected to Department of Defense background check.
Typical Experience: High School diploma. 18-24 months related experience. Ability to navigate computerized data entry system or other relevant applications. Requires advanced knowledge of the organization and multiple products/services.
NOTE: This position requires TRICARE Certification
