Greatbatch, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide proactive administrative support in the execution of recruitment strategies, planning and day-to-day solutions for critical talent acquisition needs. This position will provide information in an accurate and timely manner to clients, prospective Associates and leaders and is the main point of contact for candidates and new hires.

Essential Functions of the Job

Staffing/Recruitment: Assists with and owns the ‘candidate experience’ which includes interview and travel coordination and scheduling, pre-hire assessments, paperwork, offer letters and on-boarding logistics. Interacts with recruiting sources such as staffing agencies, job fairs, colleges and internet sources. Serves as point of contact for applicants throughout the screening and placement process.

Administration: Prepares state-specific paperwork related to the recruitment process such as interview packets, immigration, new hire, etc. Ensures pre-hire and hiring credentialing paperwork has been completed in its entirety. Processes vendor payments for background verifications, relocation, pre-employment assessments and external recruiting agencies.

HRIS (Oracle,Taleo,etc.): Maintains accurate recruiting and employee records, documentation and responsible for HR data in compliance with state and national regulations and GB policy.

Reporting: Assists in compiling general reports, makes recommendations on continuous improvement efforts, assists in tracking effectiveness of sourcing methods, cost-per-hire, budgets, etc.

Training: Assists in the scheduling of in-house training programs such as new hire orientation, benefits orientation, White Belt, Performance Management, and other training as needed for new hires and existing Associates.

Compliance: Ensures legal compliance through administration of proper paperwork as needed by state and federal law. Ensures all job postings are approved and posted for required amount of time.

Position Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or related field preferred with 0-2 years of related experience OR an Associate’s degree with 5-7 years of related experience.

Specialized knowledge needed for performance of job: Strong follow-up and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of immigration, state and federal labor laws (EEO, FMLA, Wage & Hour)

Special Skills: Detail orientated. Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills and a strong professional presence. Advanced proficiency in HR software applications and Microsoft Office products. Oracle knowledge useful.
