  • Talent Management – Facilitate the coordination of the company’s annual Performance Compensation program, Goal Setting, Succession planning, Talent Review, Workforce planning
  • Training & Development – Partner with Business Leaders to identify skill gaps within the organization and propose training related solutions
  • Talent Acquisition – Perform full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned business units.
  • Employee Relations – resolve employee relations issues effectively while minimizing legal risks to the company
  • Organizational Design – Partner with leaders in the development of scalable organizational structures that are aligned with the business needs of the company
  • Change Management – Ensure successful implementation of business initiatives by developing and implementing thoughtful change management programs
  • HR Program Development – Assist in the building of the HR infrastructure by owning the development and implementation of specific programs (examples: performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, on boarding); including building processes and analyzing metrics
  • BS/MS Degree in Business/HR/OD or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR generalist
  • In-depth expertise in Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations is also required
  • Experience with client groups focused on public relations, product marketing, marketing communications, software development, or sales is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience working in an agency or professional service firm is preferred
  • High level of tolerance for ambiguity; must be able to work with minimal infrastructure
  • Previous experience working in a matrixed organizational structure is required
