The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the full cycle recruitment of professional candidates across multiple disciplines for Affinnova with technology recruiting being the primary objective.
This individual will generate, qualify and deliver candidates while advancing the Affinnova brand.
Specifically, you will:
Recruit for all open positions including design, software development and sales
Source qualified candidates via professional and social networks, advertising, college recruiting programs and referrals
Meet all recruiting standards including time to fill, cost per hire and quality of hire
Prescreen resumes and/or candidates on position requirements, job achievements, characteristics and career fit
Educate candidates about company business, long term strategy, department background, job needs and process
Conduct reference checks, extend offers and close candidates
Report recruitment activity and metrics
Participate in short and long term recruiting strategy planning
This position reports to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
3-6 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency search firm or corporate environment with specialized experience recruiting technical professionals ( Software Engineers, QA, Designers, System Administrators, etc)
Proven record of filling positions with highly qualified candidates in cost effective manner
Entrepreneurial experience a plus
Undergraduate degree from reputable school
G.P.A of 3.5 or above
