Job Title: Manager, Talent Acquisition Reports To: Director, Talent Acquisition

We have an exciting opportunity to develop our growing E-Commerce business. As Director, On-Line Marketing, you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical levels of on-line marketing, while jointly owning the vision for e-commerce.

Job Title: Manager, Talent Acquisition Reports To: Director, Talent Acquisition
Job Overview : The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for talent identification and acquisition processes for dressbarn's Store Support Center exempt, non-exempt full time, part time and temporary position requests. This includes sourcing, screening, legal interview processes, assessments as requested and the presentation of qualified candidates. He/she manages the external talent acquisition process, builds networks both with candidates and organizations (i.e. universities), and sets strategies to recruit and retain the top talent. The Manager, Talent Acquisition may also provide backup support for the Director, Talent Acquisition.
Recruiting

Partner with hiring managers to clarify job expectations, develop recruitment strategies, screen candidates and execute recruitment.
Source candidates by posting positions, utilizing social media, and seeking out passive candidates to fill open positions.
Partner with outside agencies to source candidates.
Interview and assess candidates, follow up and provide consultation to hiring managers to match the best candidate to the role.
Negotiate offers.
Complete all administrative tasks related to hiring including new hire paperwork, IT setup, etc.

Recruitment Programs & Project Work
Develop and manage programs to drive talent acquisition and engagement such as: internships, associate referral program, orientation, new hire luncheons etc.
Serve as subject matter expert on technology, specifically Kenexa
Explore and test new media and staffing technologies and offer assessments and recommendations for department
Champion methods of sourcing and branding that enhance company's diversity and inclusion
Education
Educate hiring managers to support their efforts in networking and recruiting.
Deliver Behavioral Interviewing sessions as needed.

Create, maintain and analyze recruiting metrics to make recommendations for improvement.

Position Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 7+ years recruiting experience at all levels, including Vice President. Generalist and prior Retail experience highly desired. Ability to recruit executive candidates, navigate organization, and interact at all levels including with senior management.
Skills: Excellent proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, advanced proficiency in Excel, strong technical ability, prior experience with an ATS (recent Kenexa experience a plus).
Traits: Strong organizational skills, strong communicator, ability to demonstrate self-confidence and authenticity, proven ability to be a strategic advisor to peers and to the business, excellent customer service skills, proven ability to take the lead and demonstrate initiative, resiliency, able to deal with confidential information. Ability to work flexible hours that match to candidate needs.
