General Responsibilities: As a Human Resources Generalist, will provide classification, compensation, recruitment and workforce planning services.
Minimum Education, Training and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or closely related field, with at least 1 year of Human Resources experience.
Other Requirements: A combination of education, certification, and experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree. Knowledgeable of the Uniform Guidelines of Employee Selection, HR state and federal laws, and general HR best practices.
PHR or equivalent Human Resources Certification strongly preferred. Experience preferred in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Talent Management.
