Cardon Outreach is seeking a Talent Coordinator. The Talent Coordinator will be a part of a multi-state HR Team providing HR support to multiple groups from either our corporate headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas, or our operations hub in Spokane, WA.
The incumbent will function as an in-house HR consultant primarily responsible for organizational staffing initiatives including recruiting, onboarding, workforce improvement and systems administration as assigned. Additionally, the incumbent will complete project assignments as assigned by HR management. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources.
The primary responsibilities of this position may include:
Actively engage with the leadership team and workforce to become knowledgeable about the organization's systems, processes, structure, technology, products and markets.
Work effectively and diplomatically with all levels of the organization, from hourly advocates to management.
Demonstrate professionalism and effective interpersonal and coaching skills, as well as a positive attitude, while responding timely and accurately to internal client needs.
Take purposeful and specific actions to facilitate change.
Coordinate the site college relations program, including on-site interview season schedules.
Conduct new employee orientations and assist in developing a first-in-class onboarding process.
Be knowledgeable about the organization's HR systems, manage system administration as assigned.
Identify and provide solutions for handling human resources concerns as related to business issues.
Demonstrate effective judgment and decision making ability.

A minimum of 2 years of exempt level experience in human resources
Willingness to travel.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
Healthcare Human Resources experience preferred
PHR or SPHR certification is preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without visa sponsorship (U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident).
