The Tariff Manager manages Tesoro Logistics tariff revenue activities including the development of various pricing structures for transportation services on state and federal regulated and private petroleum pipelines systems.

Key Responsabilities:
Monitors and evaluates regulatory decisions and industry developments including competitor and other pipeline filings/FERC precedent for tariff proposals

Provides working interpretation of regulatory rules, statutes, orders, and judicial decisions.

Determines tariff structures with the FERC, NDPSC and other state agencies for new or amended services to provide for maximum value contribution.

Prepares tariffs, rates and rules and regulations as well as transmittal documentation in support of regulatory filing.

Establishes and maintains effective communications with various tariff stakeholders including shippers and legal counsel.

Monitors FERC orders and communicates changes in regulations and other issues affecting industry and Tesoro entities.

Networks and collaborates with other regulatory colleagues across the Company, FERC, local regulatory bodies and other pipeline companies.

Develops, implements and maintains filing and tracking systems for records, documentation, filings and postings.

Qualifications

Education & Requirements:
Minimum undergraduate degree in engineering, marketing, economics, law, accounting or related fields required.

MBA preferred.

Minimum five years of pipeline operations, tariff administration or regulatory compliance experience required.
