As part of the tax team you will:
Collaboratively work with finance management and staff throughout the U.S., Asia and Europe.
Partner with outside consultants on analyzing complex intercompany transactions, intellectual property ownership considerations, global transfer pricing management as well as other special projects.
Provide analytical support for the preparation of the Company’s global income tax provision, transfer pricing calculations and compliance reporting using your prior tax and accounting experience.
Develop your management skills by mentoring intermediate tax staff as well as designing and implementing tax accounting and compliance training programs for both tax staff and other finance team members.
Organize and manage projects efficiently by coordinating and reviewing U.S. reporting of international operations including earnings and profits calculations, Subpart F inclusions, foreign dividends and foreign tax credits as well as departmental SOX compliance.
Cross-train in all areas of tax including compliance, provisions, transfer pricing and global tax planning.

Four plus years of relevant tax and accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
B.S. in Accounting, Business or a related field. MST or CPA a plus.
