Medium-sized New York law firm is seeking a strong tax generalist with 6+ years of solid experience to join growing tax practice. Candidate must be knowledgeable and experienced in REIT and international tax, and have solid "generalist" background. Other aspects of tax practice include planning, partnerships, income tax law, real estate tax, joint ventures, hedge funds and private equity funds. Portable business is a plus, but not required.
