Motivated individual needed to provide dedicated support to the director and staff in Low Income Housing Tax Credit department. Will perform a variety of administrative assignments and regulate office activities and document flow. Serves as the department's point of contact, directing incoming calls and mail; independently responds to inquiries. Provides assistance concerning policies and procedures for program operations. Assists with planning, coordination, and implementation of workshops. Provides technical assistance to participants in LIHTC programs. Experience with web page maintenance required.

Background and credit checks will be performed as a condition of employment

Minimum Qualifications
An Associate's degree or equivalent vocational/technical training along with 2?3 years experience in housing development or LIHTC programs preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as Internet Explorer. Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills and proven attention to detail are essential. Should be able to work independently and/or in a team environment. This is an opportunity for growth and career development.
