  • Provides technical, administrative and clerical support to the team. Support activities will include, but are not limited to, answering phone, data entry, file maintenance, routine correspondence and other duties requested from the team
  • Provides general administrative support to the team including filing and other clerical duties
  • Manages phone correspondence for team members
  • Prepares and reviews correspondence both internally and externally for distribution
  • Produces professional work documents of high quality
  • Assists team members with projects, schedules, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School diploma is required
  • Experience in an administrative role or equivalent
  • Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work with governmental, regulatory and environmental
    entities is essential
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must work well in a team environment.
