Weichert Lead Network is looking to hire a Team Coordinator to work in their corporate office in Morris Plains, NJ. The Team Coordinator is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers along with low level management support roles.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage customer leads originating from inbound contacts and the internet through outbound call activity;
- Directly connect leads to sales associates;
- Assist in the general duties of the Supervisor/Team Leader regarding the generation and conversion of customers into clients;
- Work closely with the Supervisor/Team Leader to ensure the effectiveness of the ISC training program;
- Facilitate training and development of ISC's'
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel;
- Ability to analyze processes and procedures and make recommendations;
- Ability to analyze new hire progress and make recommendations for improvement;
- Strong customer service skills.
