  • Position Summary :

    Acts as a Holy Redeemer Home Care and Hospice liaison between internal and external customers. Creates business strategies and plans and is responsible for achieving growth results for all lines of businesses. Exceed fiscal projections by increasing admits, revenue, and referral base. Identifies, facilitates and markets new and existing product lines and programs. Increases name recognition throughout the general and health care communities. This position does not admit patients

    Recruitment Requirements :

    Bachelors degree or equivalent health care experience 3-5 years of home care and / or hospice sales or related sales experience

    Supervisory experience preferred

    Ability to facilitate communication between internal and external customers Excellent basic and persuasive communication skills Analytical ability to evaluate market trends Ability to identify and act upon expansion of business opportunities Excellent verbal/communication skills

    Self-starter, ability to work both independently and in groups

    Computer skills a must including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and working knowledge of Blackberry Device.

    Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

    Ability to drive care for extended periods of time

    Valid Drivers license

    Possess reliable transportation

    High level of activity in multiple locations during normal workday
