Team Leader position is a task which requires the ability to multi-task, be dependable, have excellent communication skills with employees as well as with the client and most importantly being able to follow instructions.
Job duties are as follows:
Communication with employees – on a daily basis there will be communication with employees.
Communication with client’s Supervisors/Management – communication needs to be constant and consistent.
Training – provide all new employees with hands-on-training of the duties each one needs to perform. Train new employees on the clock operation for accurate time keeping. Lead needs to make sure employees are complying with this policy. Provide safety training to employees as required by the company.
Liaison responsibilities - provide assistant to the client's supervisors as requested. ABM Lead needs to make sure employees are performing their duties, cover for their breaks and assist employees in their duties when necessary. When personnel is not coming to work, leader needs to make sure the position is being cover following the company procedures.
Corrective Action – have the ability and experience with progressive corrective action process.
Minimum 1 year of a leadership experience. Preferably in a food service or manufacturing environment.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends.
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.
