Effectively handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students in a positive and efficient manner.
Work effectively, efficiently, and collaboratively to ensure the best working practices are developed and utilized.
Through the dialer campaigns, assist prospective students by adhering to call and database strategies.
Quickly become a subject matter expert on overcoming objections, customer service, technology, and processes in the enrollment services department.
Performs certain other special projects as assigned.
Exceed transfer goals by overcoming objections and adding value to the online programs with student interactions.
Approximately 75% production responsibilities and 25% managerial responsibilities.
Train and mentor Generalist and Inbound Specialists to help improve the transfer process.
Work with Enrollment Manager to identify a training need for the team and develop and document any training on a monthly basis to help boost overall effectiveness of
the team. Provide QA feedback and coaching to Enrollment Specialists in a 1 on 1 setting under supervision of Enrollment Manager.
Supervise team in absence of EM. Represent AP in Cross-Functional meetings as needed.
Demonstrated ability to offer world class customer service, and a passion to go above and beyond customer expectations.
Minimum 2 years higher education recruitment, or like field required
Required to be flexible and adaptable in a fast paced dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience required, Masters or Doctorate preferred.
Required ability to work nights and weekends
Proven track record with demonstrated ability to train and mentor others to successfully perform the ES job functions.
Proficient user of AP computer systems and proficient with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel. Ability to run and analyze reports and lists of students for team to
Prior leadership roles and/or management experience preferred.
Salary / Benefits
$45,000 - $55,000 Based on experience, 18 Paid Days Off plus 10 Paid Holidays
