RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage up to two sales reps on a daily basis

Work collaboratively with the District Manager to manage monthly schedules

Greet customers, demonstrate and explain Fios services and close sales

Accountable for driving Verizon’s Monthly sales and demonstrating sales leadership by achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales goals

Manage internal sales trackers and reconcile merchandise, premiums and collateral

Maintain strong knowledge of the latest technology as well as the new products and services available through Verizon

Ensure integrity/relationship with Verizon Wireless team at all times

REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED required, college degree is a plus

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment

Supervisor experience preferred

Proven history of closing sales, exceeding quotas, and maximizing commission potential

Ability to work a flexible and varying schedule to include days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word
