H.J. Heinz is seeking a Team Leader, Recruiting to provide full life cycle recruiting activities for assigned business units located in Pittsburgh, PA.

This role will report directly to the Leader of Talent Acquisition and provide full support to our Commercial functions.

Who will be successful in this role? A leader who will:
' Schedule and lead the talent acquisition strategy meeting upon position approval.

' Influence the hiring strategy and handles the full-lifecycle recruiting activities including job ad creation, posting, sourcing, screening, candidate presentation, offer and negotiation support, close of candidate and all compliance and requisition management within the applicant tracking system.

' Partner with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Candidate Concierge) for scheduling administration and candidate reporting.

' Function as a senior talent advisor to coach and collaborate with the hiring manager and interview team across all levels of the organization to optimize time to fill, cost per hire and most importantly the quality of hire and candidate experience.

' Function as a brand advocate for the company and ensures that the candidate and hiring manager have a positive experience throughout the recruiting process.

' Function as the team leader for the recruiting and sourcing team meetings and champions process and tool enhancements in partnership with the Head of Talent Acquisition and TA Operations Manager.

' Partner with the Head of TA to select and recruit new team members or manage outsourced recruiting partners.

' Train new and existing TA team members on recruiting processes and tools. This will include orienting TA new hires as well as on-going training/communication to existing TA team on functionality enhancements and changes.

' Contribute or lead broad TA initiatives that may fall outside of a TA operations scope as part of the TA Lead Team for HNA.

' Bachelor degree in business or related field plus 7+ years total professional experience. Must have at least 5 years of talent acquisition experience covering full lifecycle reporting, customer service, recruiting process, data management and reporting.

' Knowledge/prior use of Kenexa or other ATS tools. Previous system implementation experience strongly preferred.

' Demonstrated proficiency in marketing / sourcing techniques including lead generation, diversity recruiting, Internet, interactive strategies, social networking, Linked In, resume job boards, etc.

' Must have relevant knowledge and understanding of compensation frameworks to best support a candidate's understanding of their offer as well as to influence hiring teams with full total rewards perspectives.

' Requires a global mindset with proven experience recruiting for a multi-site organization.

' Experience handling OFCCP compliance and audits.

' Experience handling budgets, vendor partnerships and invoice processing.

' Consultative communication, presentation and influencing skills with significant client facing experience interfacing with all levels of the organization as well as with external consumers to understand and interpret needs and provide solutions that meet defined needs.

' Strong project management skills required as well as proven experience training colleagues on new tools, approaches or processes.

' Experience working in a global organization or with a dispersed domestic employment base.

' Draws from past experiences and collaborative partnership skills to develop solutions to complex problems that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.

' Comfortable learning new processes and tools and seeks new experiences.

' Fluency in using MS Office Suite particularly Word for communication of hiring strategy and other tools and Excel for reporting and metric analysis.
