The Prospect Development team provides focus on the acquisition of prospective and existing investors responding to Schwab''s marketing and advertising campaigns. The Prospect Development Teams are part of the broader Acquisition Delivery organization and is a primary sales arm for Schwab Investor Services.
Brief Description of Role:
Support the firm''s acquisition and growth efforts by qualifying prospects & clients, directing them to the appropriate relationship model and providing superior client experience with conversion, follow-up and on-boarding when appropriate. Perform regular monitoring of business development conversations and sales activities to ensure adherence to policies and procedures as well as to ensure the appropriate client experience and business development opportunity recognition. Identify opportunities and implement regular coaching sessions with each Consultant to solidify and refine their sales process and skills, and the client experience. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners such as; Branch Network, Client Services and Support, and Marketing.
Requiredminimumskills and qualifications are:
5 years of brokerage industry experience and 3 years of previous sales experience
Demonstrated leadership, management and motivational skills
Excellent working knowledge of Schwab''s retail products and services.
Must know the features and benefits of all products and services in our offer spectrum.
Regular interaction with external clients.
Regular interaction with leadership.
Series 7, 9/10, 63 & 66 required.
