THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION
Answers customer questions and forwards customer to proper adjuster or department as needed.
Alerts adjusters with any additional information on a claim.
Assists customers with policyholder service inquiry calls and correspondence.
Performs special assignments when required.
Performs other related duties as assigned or required
Works occasional weekend or after hours during a catastrophe situation
High school diploma.
3-5 yrs. relevant business experience.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness are a must
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
