Primary function of the Technical Operation Analyst is to provide direct day-to-day involvement with the Quota responsibility involving the Field team and Arris. Functions include populating the billing calendar with availability based on the projected field and updating the workforce management tool.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Updating the billing calendar with units available for service and installation appointments.
Updating the workforce management system with up-to-date technician information.
Monitor the calendar availability to ensure we are compliant with corporate goals and expectations.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) preferred in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or related field.
Must able to work a flexible schedule (overtime, evening and weekends).
Able to communicate effectively and confidently with other departments (written and oral).
Ability to work with multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and to prioritize work.
Organized, detail-oriented, work under pressure and able to handle and take initiative to resolve critical issues required.
Experience in Telecommunications or Cable/Phone industries, preferred.
Ability to work overtime and flexible schedule as needed (including nights and/or weekends)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
