The purpose of this position is to be responsible for coordinating deployment and operational activities for Technical Operations. This includes training, reporting, system implementation, market availability, vendor relationships, technical P & L integration, as well as assisting in budget preparation.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Communication with internal and external resources to track and monitor progress of operations.
Create and manage records of operations, to maintain standards and provide update reporting.
Interact with internal and external resources to act as a liaison to department/management, and to resolve problems and issues.
Develop relationship with, provides support for, and gains cooperation and commitment to internal and external resources in achieving departmental and overall business objectives.
Assist in organization, coordination, and representation for events requiring the efforts and input of multiple sources.
Maintain FCC files accurately as required.
Provide administrative support to Market and Technical Leadership in service centers.
Edit purchase requests and prepares orders for company agents.
Coordinate all technical needs that required departmental decisions. Plans and organizes workflow to ensure efficient department operations.
Assist financial services/assets accounting through tracking inventory and managing distribution of equipment.
Interface with other departments through written and verbal communications to handle and resolve all customer situations satisfactorily.
Assist with the communication efforts concerning field standards performance objectives and other technical operations activities to ensure compliance with company expectations.
Develop reports, maintains spreadsheets and provides administrative support in all areas needed.
Assist technical operations management with providing direction and guidance necessary to assure the efficient and cost-effective operations within approved operations and capital budgets for the department.
Review and submit operating and financial reports and data as required by the Director, and works with preparing the data for continual evaluation of operating results.
Other duties as assigned.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED.
Two years relevant experience required.
SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
Typing 40 words per minute
Use of ten key and computer
Must have good verbal, written and interpersonal communications
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as other software packages
Must have working knowledge of accounting principles
Proficient in office procedures and computer operations
CSG Experience preferred
