IT Technical lead and support role for assigned business engagement – Broadcast / Distribution / Production
Escalation point for urgent & critical IT issues, providing problem/issue management, with the ability to diagnose and fix local IT issues
Ensure that the IT service provided is in accordance with SLA’s, with regular reporting on service quality and user experience, as well as service improvement recommendations
Perform service reviews with the relevant business areas and take preventive action to ensure service levels are maintained at the appropriate level
Manages projects within portfolio , tracks project milestones, issues and deliverables
Interfaces with the Director of TAM and business recommending improvements , efficiencies and effective system solutions
Business consultant who recommends process improvements, systems solutions and assist with business cases
Establish and maintain good working relationships with key personnel in the different Operating Companies and sites
Provide regular management reporting to Director TAM on IT activities, business projects and initiatives, ensuring business initiatives are delivered on time and to budget in line with business demands
Assists project team in managing all phases of systems development including development planning, requirements analysis, input to database design, testing, implementation, and documentation of applications. Prepares and turns over project for Run Mode.
Works as liaison between departments to support IT project completion and to meet business needs
Identifies gaps in core competencies and effectively uses development strategies to build needed business and application knowledge, skills, and abilities within the group
Seeks and takes advantage of opportunities to expand knowledge of departmental operations beyond normal requirements or expectations
Displays an excellent ability to facilitate cross-functional communication including the ability to identify and resolve conflict
Solicits feedback and evaluates and monitors client or customer satisfaction to improve the quality of services

Qualifications/Requirements
Strong technical experience with a good understanding of desktop and infrastructure technologies
7+ years of overall relevant working experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and being capable of building relationships across a broad spectrum of users and management
Strong communication skills both written and orally in English
Experience of working in a multi-national company
Flexible and adaptable to cope with the pressures of working across multiple operating companies
Assertive, persuasive and self-motivated
B.S. degree in Information Technology or similar technical discipline.
5+ years leading project teams, driving engagement, and influencing across functions in a matrix environment.
5+ years’ experience implementing technology to address business needs.
5+ years’ experience in IT leadership roles with a variety of hardware and software disciplines.
Deep understanding of web, database, network, storage, and compute technologies.
Deep understanding of system integration and software development processes.
Able to quickly learn a broad array of technologies and apply that knowledge to real-world problems; effective under aggressive timelines and high pressure situations
Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
Self-starter that demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently with little supervision.
Promotes an organizational climate that energizes, motivates and facilitates teamwork.
Proven ability to identify and remove project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team.
Proven project management & leadership skills; demonstrated planning & organization skills.
Participate in long-range strategies. Provide leadership and guidance on infrastructure architecture, planning and management endeavors.
Work to determine infrastructure technology needs and budget accordingly. Seek opportunities to reduce spend/increase revenue by leveraging technology.
Participate in developing and communicating the business’s computing infrastructure vision; ensure architecture and operations activities directly or indirectly support that vision. Help define the architectural and operational evolution of computing infrastructure across TV stati
