We are currently looking to add a Technical Analyst to our growing team. A background in publicly funded human services andor healthcare programs with wide spread involvement in dealing with technical solutions Possessing a general understanding of HHS business processes and information needs (experience with MITA NHSIA is preferred) Prior consulting activities in a variety of project work environments The ability to determine suitable manual or technical solutions to business requirements Experience dealing with data from multiple platforms and data management solutions An understanding of the concepts for modernizing large systems implementation efforts The ability to diagnose application architecture patterns and design principles for large scale enterprises Prior experience in various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices along with at least some experience with software programming and understanding of estimating activities and effort involved in implementing software solutions Previous experience working in environments involving mature methodologies and proven frameworks Experience articulating the strategic significance of various technical solutions from an enterprise perspective A strong understanding of diagramingmodeling from various levels of abstraction The aptitude to deal with and resolve ambiguities in enterprise wide processes, solutions and vocabulary The ability to establish and promote simplified processes and structures for conveying technical environments and solutions An understanding of the roles involved in an enterprise architecture effort, especially the difference between an architect, engineer, analyst, and application developer The ability to focus on performing the Systems Architect role while relying on others to execute their responsibilities Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and other standard diagraming, collaboration and analysis tools Great negotiation and coordination skills Strong written communication skills along with being comfort presenting in group settings Excellent listening skills and the ability to take meaningful notes The ability to create professional deliverablesmaterials that are both understandable by all stakeholders and maintainable for future modifications and updates Efficiency minded and possesses the ability to both convey and promote a sense of urgency Health and Human Services
