PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Support Solutions’ mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adhere to Solutions’ Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and Solutions’ policy requirements.

Technical Analyst provides support for the Solutions Healthcare data network and hosting service customers. Support is provided to all lines of business and for both Internal and External network requirements. Employee works independently on major, complex projects with full competency. Employee coordinates with both technical and non-technical staff and vendors on integrated voice and data applications.

Provide support for remote customer environments in which computer-based equipment is involved in a Healthcare based private practice setting. Process extensive administration and support knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 7 systems along with Microsoft Office. The position provides daily on-site system monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting of various platforms and software applications. The role includes collaboration with Engineering and Clinical Personnel to improve existing processes through controlled documentation.

DUTIES / ACTIVITIES :
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Responsible for driving the FMCNA culture through values and customer service standards.
Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Experience in creating standard operating procedure documentation, knowledge-base, and other instructional documentation as necessary.
Conduct ongoing assessment of existing systems and make recommendations to keep current.
Implement and use fact-based metrics to continuously improve on quality and efficiency of solutions and to ensure business-value delivered.
Responsible for the day-to-day user support and systems support requests.
Innovative mind to contribute to the continuous improvement of supported areas.
Strong understanding of, and experience with, service-based organizational environments.
Participative teamwork. Advocate team-based concepts.
Computer hardware troubleshooting.
Software application troubleshooting.
Windows XP/7 system deployment and management.
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelors Degree (business, engineering or related field recommended) EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS
2-3 years experience in a Windows Domain environment
Experience with Enterprise Wireless 802.11 a / b / g / n
Must be willing to work a rotating shift to provide 24X7 coverage to support operation and handle on-call duties as needed.
Extensive Windows XP/Vista/7 setup and troubleshooting experience
Diverse background with broad knowledge of solution platforms, custom development, software package implementations
Windows printer, share and security administration
Cisco Client VPN software troubleshooting skills
Willingness to learn and work with multiple inter-locking applications, tools and technologies
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, responsiveness and creativity
Great organizational, time management and problem solving skills
Prioritizes workload, meets deadlines and manages competing priorities under pressure
Adaptable to multiple client work environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work in fast paced environment
