The Technical Analyst is responsible for providing superior technical support to Navicure clients with the highest degree of client service, satisfaction, and retention. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of Navicure’s healthcare revenue cycle management solution while building credibility, trust, and value in Navicure.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Adhere to the Navicure 3 ring policy
Abide by phone schedule to ensure sufficient availability for receiving inbound calls
Respond to all emails and faxes sent to Client Services
Provide resolution to all client support requests
Identify client concerns and engage appropriate internal resources to ensure timely resolution
Document all client interactions - phone calls, emails, work effort, etc.
Extensive knowledge of the Navicure product suite
Experience in an inbound call environment servicing clients
Exceptional client service skills
Clear and effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Self motivated individual with the ability to multitask, work independently and in a team setting
Posses a strong sense of urgency
Technically savvy with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Working knowledge of medical billing, HCFA 1500 form, NSF, and/or ANSI formats a plus
Bachelors degree a plus
