The Technical Analyst position is responsible for troubleshooting business and on-line software issues, inclusive of: problem solving, analysis, technical support, and/or system defect verification and documentation. Collaborates and provides technical support for external client technical departments on all aspects of reported technical problems or questions during installation, conversations, or complex data issues. Position collaborates and supports clients in problem cause and resolution, working directly with the client and other internal resources as necessary, building and maintaining strong client relationships/ partnerships. The Technical Analyst demonstrates proficiency using appropriate tools, platforms, and languages to meet client deliverables.
Record and maintain client reported questions/problems in incident tracking system
Re-create, troubleshoot, and resolve complex client requests in a professional and timely manner
Proactively identifies impact gaps between internal plans and external client expectations, effectively communicating with team members and clients
Responsible for technical project plans for software upgrades and/or implementations, utilizing fundamental project management concepts, practices, and procedures
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strong data analysis, analytical and incident trouble shooting skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced business environment.
Problem Solving experience
Able to do the basic SQL query
Demonstrated ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems with speed and efficiency
Ability to understand use written documentation
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Experience supporting TriZetto's Facets Application
Knowledge of technology systems (e.g. software products, databases, operating systems)
Able to set up and configure Tidal batch schedules including Tidal batch transporting from old Facets version to the new Facets version.
Understand and able to set up batch regions file, run books, commonsystemprop file
Deploy and localize core and custom Facets jobs to the NAS
Run batch requests for Prod and non-prod from Tidal
