Resolve post-sales customer inquiries regarding the use and troubleshooting of Electronic Support Services. Create automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document and resolve customer issues. Conduct root cause analysis of difficult problems and their solutions. Specifically, review and validate initial requir ements from customer (implementation), install, patch, document the issues in knowledge base with solutions, investigating performance related concerns for ETL, Incident Management, Monitoring and Technical Assistance, Upgrades and conduct complex system administration of OBIEE and associated products. |
Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 3 years of work experience in job offered or 3 years of work experience in a computer-related occupation. Experience should include: 1) Debugging, applying patches and performing fixes for OBIEE 10g and 11g On-demand and Siebel On-demand customers; 2) Documenting issues/solutions for OBIEE, Informatica, DAC, ODI issues; 3) Performing complex systems administration for OBIEE, Weblogic 10g, BI Publisher 10g/11g and Enterprise Manager 11g; 4) Performing implementation activities such as promoting code from development to production; 5) Creating automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document and resolve customer issues; 6) Analyzing DAC and Informatica workflow failures and performance issues and providing prompt resolution; 7) Monitoring and providing technical assistance for database performance issues using Oracle EM; 8) Performing incident management, monitoring and technical assistance for OBIEE-Agile PLDM customers.
