People within Application Outsourcing are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. As part of our Application Outsourcing team, you could be helping to provide the programming, management and maintenance services needed to implement and support installations of both custom and packaged application software

We are currently seeking an Application Technical Architect to join out St. Louis team. Qualified candidate will be responsible
for large web application projects. Strong Java/Services experience is a must. Qualified candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills. Will be responsible for leading a team of 4 developers onshore and offshore through all phases of the dev life cycle. This role will lead the current team of 4 off 2 on shore resource and grow the team to 15 70%/30% off/on shore with the potential for additional team grow later in the year. Qualified candidate needs team leadership skills and must have strong Java, Agile, SOA knowledge and experience.
Java/Mule, Java EE, Design Patterns, Spring Core and AOP, Hibernate, JUnit, SOAP/REST/JMS web services, Maven, Project Management
Minimum 10 years of Java & Java EE
Minimum 5 years of Spring Core & AOP & Hibernate
Minimum 5 years of SOAP/REST/JMS web services
Minimum 3 years of managing 10+ people
Preferred Skill Requirements
Unix environment experience
Professional Skill Requirements
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
