Job Description:
Adayana is hiring a Technical Architect to join our
Product Engineering team! This individual will
profitably architect, define, design and develop
technical solutions for Adayana developed technology
products. The individual will drive the technical
architecture and the technical framework for Adayana
technology products. The individual will mentor and
guide other technology team members to evolve and grow
their technical skills and knowledge.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Architects the Technology for Adayana Developed
  • Owner of Adayana Developed Technology Product
Architecture (Products where Adayana owns the IP)
  • Determines architecture of features/functionality in
each product release
  • Delivers timely releases
  • Recommends technology framework, tools and services
necessary to support Product development efforts
  • Responsible for the technology framework of each
  • Accountable for the integrity of the technical
  • Contribute to the R&D function of the Product
Engineering Team by
§Identification of NEW processes and research for
product technical direction
§Identification of changes in the industry
§Staying current with industry trends and direction in
technology and determining opportunities for leveraging
these technology trends (or avoiding them)
2. Lead Project Teams
  • Acts as the technical lead for development work
  • Owns and manages the development task plans for
release cycles
  • Mentor and guide other team members to evolve and grow
their technical skills and knowledge
  • Accountable for coordination of system-level testing
prior to QA handoff
3. Manages Resources
  • Work with IT on specific tools or infrastructure needs
to support a release
  • Work with BA to secure supporting resources necessary
to support product development efforts (graphics
designer, L&D, Consulting, mobile developer, etc)
  • Direct technical deliverables of assigned project
4. Manages Project Process, Technical and Project
  • Collaborate with other architects/project managers to
assure consistent processes and methods are being
leveraged and followed.
  • Establishes and maintains product filing systems,
tracking tools and databases
  • Responsible for developing complete, accurate, and
accessible technical documentation
  • Prepares product closeout and Performance Incentive
5. Support Other Teams
  • Works with the Services team to ensure that the
services team is up-to-date on product releases
  • Maintains the relationship with IT and Customer Care
to ensure their success when solutions are released to
  • Act as a tier 3 technical resource as necessary
6. Product Technology Architecture
  • Establish the technical direction and technical
architecture for Adayana technology products
  • Be responsible for product quality and results
  • Providing technical documentation of product design
and usability
  • Provide Leadership / Ownership of technology for our
Adayana based products
7. Team Performance
  • Assure proper resources and skill sets are identified
to effectively execute and deliver expected product
  • Evolving and continually improving all processes and
working relationships. This includes: Quality Assurance
processes, development cycle processes, solutions
architecture, deployment processes
  • Providing technical guidance to Adayana technical team
members on product development initiatives
8. Technical Documentation
  • Responsible to develop, maintain, and enforce the
development of the Development Style Guide
9. Responsible for developing and maintaining technical
documentation for Products

Job Requirements:
  • 5-7 years experience architecting technology products
from inception to delivery
  • 5-7 years experience with product lifecycle
  • Expert with Web Based architecture and applications to
§3-5 years experience with .NET-based framework module
§5-7 years ASP.Net development and client-server
application development
§3-5 years with Microsoft server architecture
§3-5 years of RDBMS experience
§Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • 5-7 years demonstrated leadership experience of
technology teams
§Developing team members by acting as technical mentor
§Providing guidance and support to team members
  • 5-7 years experience writing and maintaining technical
specifications based on business and technical
  • Develop and enforce technical strategies to support
long-term product viability
  • Problem solving
