Support Representative

(Full-time) – Bilingual a strong PLUS

candidate would possess:

Excellent computer competency, with basic knowledge of POS systems & networking principles

Tech Support /

Call Center

/ Helpdesk experience

·

Problem solving aptitude / Ability to multi-task / Fast learner

·

A proven history of on-time, regular attendance

with a great work ethic

·

Able to work late shifts & weekends, if needed

·

A pleasant, confident personality w/great interpersonal communication skills

·

A desire to work in a team environment

·

Superior employment references

·

Bilingual a strong plus (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese,

Vietnamese), but must speak

Help desk/call-center environment (inbound and outbound), assisting sales agents and merchants with installing, training, and troubleshooting credit card processing equipment & POS systems. This is an ENTRY LEVEL position in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided.
