We continue to need more people to do more things to make this place more Grouponic. So, we're adding more on-site recruiters to the mix. Specifically, we're looking to add more to our University Relations team.
We are searching for a talented talent acquisition talent with corporate (internal) tech recruiting experience and/or tech campus recruiting experience. It is imperative that our recruiters can speak to their experience recruiting for culture & team dynamic fits as well as objective skills matching. Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, krumping, offering, onboarding, and assisting with running the internship program.
Plan, coordinate, attend, and other verbs that pertain to career fairs, tech talks, hackathons, conferences, and university outreach programs.
Promote the company’s brand, image, and favorite movies on assigned college campuses.
Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts at target schools including academic faculty, career services, development offices, and student organizations.
Serve as the initial contact for prospective candidates that are recent and future graduates.
Conduct the initial screening on campus to determine suitability and interest and educate college candidates on the company and opportunities.
Implement sourcing strategies to identify talented college candidates while paying particular attention to diversity initiatives.
Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the recruitment, selection and hiring cycle.
Maintain tech university recruiting budget and ice cream truck budget
Execute recruitment strategies to reach high volume campus hiring goals.
Additional rotation into recruiting experienced talent for technology roles
Consult with recruiting teammates and department leaders on hiring decisions
Ably lasso all college candidate data tracking, reporting and analysis.
Analyze progress and results at assigned schools, identify best practices and develop strategic recommendations for future recruiting.
2+ years tech university recruiting experience in-line with the above functions or 4+ years tech recruiting experience with strong interest in university recruitment space
Evidence of high volume recruiting for multiple tech functions, with a defined and resourceful approach of how you engage, assess, and close well-matched talent
Evidence of recruiting for culture & team dynamic
Genuine rapport -- or an incredibly believable facade
Demonstrated ability to maintain objectivity whenever possible, while being a good human and identifying other good humans
Command of sourcing processes including boolean search strings and current (i.e. 2013) web recruiting resources preferred
