Position Description:

Assist in the maintenance and administration of IT Compliance Systems and SharePoint sites, including addressing access, layout, documentation updates and migrations in support of the needs of the internal teams needs.
- Support team project management efforts including providing status updates to management, facilitating work group meetings and tracking key deliverables for the groups deliverables.
- Work with subject matter experts and document owners to get raw data content into professional looking packaged documents using professional Microsoft office suite tools and Adobe Acrobat professional.
- Supporting, managing and developing procedural and technical documentation for internal processes and our technical systems and assist with team projects with research, technical support and contributing to the team efforts
-Track and maintain documentation on team assets including hardware, software, contractual support requirements and expirations. Assist with forecasting budgeting requirements.
- Other general technical support for the broader team as needed.

Position Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or related field or equivalent experience

*5+ years of IT technical/security experience

*Experience in the implementation of GRC Software; Archer and OpenPages preferred

*Experience with SharePoint administration, design and development of reports and dashboards

*Knowledge of core information security concepts related to governance, risk & compliance

*Broad knowledge of infrastructure (network and servers), services and security policies

*Strong analytical and data reconciliation skills

*Superior attention to detail and process orientation
Ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities
