Technical Consultant IV (Expert)
Location: Prefer Mountain View, CA but open and flexible
Job Description:
Architect, design and develop service oriented enterprise integrations using industry standard practices and patterns aligned to Architectural standards and guidelines. Work on several development initiatives concurrently collaborating with onsite and offshore teams. Demonstrate ownership of Integration platform for consistent usage across projects.
Drive technical designs to consensus and approval by Architecture Review and Infosec Teams. Understand and contribute to Enterprise IT strategies. Understand compliance regulations and adhere to development guidelines.
Education and Experience Required:
BS in Computer Science/Engineering( or equivalent) with minimum 10 years of application development experience or MS in Computer Science/Engineering( or equivalent) with minimum 8 years of application development experience in Architecture, Design and Implementation of Integration projects using TIBCO and Oracle Fusion Technologies.
6+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO suite of products (TIBCO BusinessWorks 5x, TIBCO ADB Adapter 5x, TIBCO EMS 5x).
4+ years of development experience in Oracle Fusion Applications.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership (Architecture, Design, Development oversight) for medium to large sized projects.
Hands- on development experience with TIBCO Suite of products: BusinessWorks, EMS, ADB Adapter, Hawk.
Hands- on development experience with XML technologies: XSLT, XPATH, and XSD.
Hands-on development expertise on the Oracle Fusion suite of products specifically on the Oracle SOA Suite 11g stacks (OSB, BPEL, AIA, Adaptor, etc.).
Strong understanding and hands-on development expertise on integration and SOA technologies with exposure to Business Process Modeling, Service Bus, Data Services.
Knowledge and experience with RDBMSs (Oracle or MS SQL Server).
Prior experience integrating with Oracle (Order Management, AR, PDH, and CDH), SFDC, and PeopleSoft applications would be added advantage.
Responsible for the Architecture, Analysis, Design and implementation of integration projects.
Experience producing application architectures, system interfaces, data models, configuration management documents, and procedural manuals.
Review Architecture document with Enterprise Architecture and Infosec teams.
Participate in Technical Requirements meetings with client to understand the scope of project(s) and provide effort estimates accordingly to Solution Integrity Managers to provide
Participate in Requirement gathering sessions with other cross-functional teams like ERP, Infrastructure, PM's to clearly identify integration scope.
Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing TIBCO and Oracle Fusion Middleware software within complex application(s);
Heavy interfacing with other IT Infrastructure teams such as EAI Operations, Release Management teams.
Must have excellent communication skills and be very self-motivated.
Excellent technical leadership skills and must be able to provide direction to project team whenever needed.
Participate in Release Management and Cutover planning activities and provide required input to the teams.
Ensure alignment with corporate standards and strategic technology decisions.
Ensure that projects are supported with the required Dev, Test, thru Pre-Production environments as agreed.
Problem resolution during development, rollout and production support.
Provide oversight to offshore team, attend code-reviews and ensure Enterprise coding standards are met.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate into requirements for solution capabilities.
Strong analytical skills to assess current application and infrastructure architecture, and identify improvement opportunities.
Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) services development expertise in enterprise environment.
Experience performing application architecture and development services in a lead capacity.
Knowledge and experience overseeing technical portions of entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure architecture compliance, timely issue resolution(s), and deliverable performance
Experience producing requirements documents, application architectures, system interfaces, data models, configuration management documents, and procedural manuals.
Follow and create development processes required for efficient, effective and repeatable implementations.
Experience with Test Driven Development and Agile Methodologies in a distributed team environment is a plus.
