Technical Consultants serve in a high leverage role during the first several months of the customer lifecycle. You are primarily responsible for ensuring the customer's set-up and integration needs are satisfied so they can achieve their overall goals using HubSpot software.

Skills Required:
You are VERY comfortable on the phone speaking to clients on the phone and in person during all stages of the customer lifecycle

You have experience running projects and driving them to a successful completion

You possess inbound marketing knowledge and understand how it can be applied to an businesses of all sizes

You can write custom HTML/CSS from scratch and debug using browser tools like Firebug or Chrome Dev Tools

You have a firm grasp on the concept of REST APIs (and understand the difference between GET/POST)

Helpful, but not required:
You have experience with Javascript and and debugging JavaScript using browser console

You have written code in at least one server-side language (PHP, Python, C#, etc…)

You have experience working with other web-based applications or CRM systems, such as


B.A. or B.S. degree (M.S. or an M.B.A. is a plus)

2+ years relevant experience in sales engineering, consulting, engineering, or tech support
