Quantum Research International, Inc. Mission/ Directive:

Quantum is currently seeking an experienced candidate to serve as a Technical Consultant in Arlington, VA 22209.

Responsibilities
Technical Consultant:

Consultant duties include but are not limited to the following:

Works with end user groups to evaluate and solve technical problems.

Evalautes existing systems and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement system changes.

The consultant must have experience and knowledge of business, functional and technical areas/disciplines and be able to conduct research on special areas. Must have experience with proposing new solutions to problems in the areas of their functional expertise.

Requirements
Experience in planning and supporting network and computing infrastructure. Has knowledge in networking technologies. Is cognizant, knowledgeable and contributes to all phases of software development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, modeling, simulation, testing, integration, documentation and presentation phases.

Education and General Experience:
Master’s Degree in in engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline is required with 10 years of relative experience.

10 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
